Production is carried out exclusively with grapes grown using certified organic production methods, without herbicides or pesticides. The Privat winery has the prestigious Sustainable Wineries for Climate Protection (SWFCP) certification, backing up its commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement. This certification, created specifically for the wine industry, establishes strict standards to reduce the environmental impact of wineries and encourage more responsible production.

SWFCP is the first sustainability label in the wine industry based on four essential points:

Environment: Reducing environmental impact by optimising natural resources, making efficient use of water and energy, and reducing CO₂ emissions.
